Vinyl & Metal

Attic Vents (roof vents) work by providing air flow and ventilation through the attic, which prevents it from being overheated and causing moisture. Properly installed vents are critical and can extend the life of a roof, reduce energy costs, and help control indoor temperature extremes.

Eavestrough and downspout (rain gutter) is a trough that runs the perimeter of the roof. They are designed to collect water while discharging it through downspouts and channeling it away from the roof and foundation.

Leaf guard (leaf screen) reduces the need to clean your eavestroughs. It also protects against small animals and debris such as sticks and leaves damaging and clogging eavestroughs.

Soffit is the horizontal underside of a roof eaves fitted with vents to allow for air circulation, that extends past the exterior wall. This protects against elements, prevents animal intrusion to the attic all while giving a clean finished look. Another benefit of soffit is that it lengthens the lifespan of a roof and home.

Fascia board's run along the roofline to create a barrier between the edge of the roof and the outside, fascia metal protects the board from rotting. Fascia boards also run along the gables of your house. This is what eavestroughs are installed on and need to be able to hold them up during extreme wind, rain and snow. Fascia’s are highly visible from the exterior of the home.  To maximize a home’s curb appeal, fascia needs to look great, as well as it acts as a  finishing edge or trim because they create a smooth, even appearance along the roof's edge.

Vinyl siding is used for the exterior of a home, engineered primarily from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin  that is available in a large variety of colors and styles. Siding is an affordable option used for both aesthetics and weatherproofing.
